Design Guidelines

1.1 Overall design guidelines

Use less sensor positioning and use mechanical hard positioning.
Try to avoid using rotating cylinders, even if you want to use them, you can only use them within your own radius.
The product does not leave the jig.
Use linear linkage mechanism to avoid using the turntable mode.
From the stability and reliability of the product, the efficiency of each single machine should be within 4S.
The new model is the same as the old model. Just change the jig and you can switch to the machine as the starting point.

1.2 Overall Design Concept

Perform an engineering analysis and process evaluation for each station in the design. Minimize unnecessary trips and actions
The design should be designed from the point of view of convenient operation and simple maintenance.
In the design, it is necessary to consider whether the time, capacity and yield of each single machine can meet the requirements.
In the design, we should conduct a specific data analysis on the stability of each machine, and take countermeasures in places where it is likely to fail.
For the parts that need to be replaced repeatedly, there must be a data analysis of repeated visibility (you can make an auxiliary calibration fixture to correct the replacement parts to ensure the consistency of the replacement parts).
